Products

Our products are made from natural Himalayan salt. Colour, veining, size and translucency vary naturally from piece to piece, so the item you receive may look slightly different from the photos. We describe our products as accurately as we can.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

Shipping and returns

We ship to addresses in the United States only. Delivery, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.
